Insurance Account Manager

We're seeking a skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Westland Insurance. As a trusted advisor, you'll own and support client relationships, understanding their business needs to provide effective insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage
- Cultivate client relationships by providing exceptional client experience from sales to service
- Manage policy renewals, policy changes, and cancellations
- Work closely with industry partners to deliver the best insurance solutions for clients
- Uphold a client-first focus through the claims process
- Sincere and personable, with strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to build authentic relationships and adapt to changing priorities
- 2+ years of Commercial and/or Personal Lines experience with Insurance Broker license, CAIB, CRM, or CIP designation
