  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support analysts to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring seamless support to our customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
