Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Center Video Agent to join our team. As a key member of our security operations, you will be responsible for monitoring our facilities, responding to alarms and calls, and conducting video investigations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor live video surveillance images and information to ensure the security of our establishments.
  • Perform technical checks on video surveillance equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Create and manage access controls to maintain a secure environment.
  • Receive, manage, and dispatch telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and process incoming alarm signals to respond to potential security threats.
  • Alert, deploy, and coordinate emergency services as required.
  • Write detailed reports to document incidents and investigations.
  • Collaborate with investigators to gather evidence and resolve security incidents.
  • Perform video analysis to identify areas for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Hold the BSP electronic security systems card or be willing to obtain it.
  • Experience in security or a related field.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • A valid class 5 driver's license is an asset.
