**YOUR ROLE**:
The Senior Digital Colorist serves an important role to shape and style the look of all of our digital video content in Post-Production. The position requires a high degree of technical skill and artistic judgment as they will be directly working on every piece of video content that passes through the Post-Production pipeline.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure high quality color correction and color grading is completed for all digital video content on time.
- Establish video color style.
- Perform thorough quality control checks on the final product noting color shifts, exposure problems, inconsistencies, etc.
- Ensure accurate reporting, communicating concerns with above processes to Post-Production Project Manager.
- Collaborate with remote and in-house Video Editors, Content Coordinator and Production team to ensure best project workflow practices to achieve the best color looks and meet deadlines.
- Calibrate monitors and troubleshoot Adobe Premiere and Davinci Resolve technical issues.
- Export final videos for quality control check and final deliverables.

**YOU**:

- 5+ years prior experience with color correction and color grading on commercials, television and/or feature films.
- Advanced experience using Davinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro is a MUST.
- Strong understanding of color theory.
- Excellent technical understanding and experience working with various camera formats,
- digital recording technologies (compression, sampling, codecs, file containers, and so
- on.) noise and grain management, video compression and processing.
- Strong understanding of Post-Production deliverables and workflow.
- Excellent work ethic and positive attitude.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Priority assessment skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
