Position Overview

The Culinary Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities within our food service department. This position is essential for ensuring that our culinary team operates efficiently and maintains high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective work schedules to optimize staff productivity.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of the team responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Training: Provide comprehensive training to staff on their roles, including sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Resource Management: Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service offerings adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records related to inventory, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational performance.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in food service management.
