Job Title: Sr. Desktop Support Analyst


At PeopleToGo, we are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Desktop Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Desktop Support Team, you will provide top-notch support to our users, ensuring seamless access to our systems and applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for desktop hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Reset passwords and create user IDs for Lotus Notes (Ver. 7 or 8)
  • Support BlackBerry (BES) devices and VPN remote user access
  • Troubleshoot and repair PC/Laptop hardware issues
  • Imaging technologies: Ghost or RIS/Image X or WDS
  • Excellent customer service skills, with experience providing deskside support at the executive level


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-year College diploma or University degree in a technology-related discipline
  • MCSE and A+ industry certifications preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in PC support & Networking
  • Recent Lotus Notes (Ver. 7 or 8) password resets, ID Administration experience
  • Experience providing support to Senior Executives
  • BlackBerry support experience required (client and BES)
