We are seeking a skilled Hotel Supervisor to join our team at Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel By Wyndham. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of hotel clerks.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel clerks, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Assist guests with special needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Requisition materials and supplies, and maintain the operation of computer systems and equipment.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Dental plan.

- 30 hours per week.
