Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
    • Provide guidance, training, and feedback to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  • Guest Services
    • Assist guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
    • Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
    • Ensure the hotel's computer systems and technology are functioning properly.
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the hotel's needs.
    • Manage staff schedules, time-off requests, and performance evaluations.
  • Financial Management

Requirements
