- Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support staff to share knowledge, best practices, and resources, ensuring a high level of technical expertise within the team.
- Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in their roles.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a technical support role, with a strong background in computer systems, networks, and software.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.
