Job Title: Patron Services and Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patron Services and Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences, managing ticket sales and box office operations, and overseeing the creation of outstanding patron interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen and enhance customer service experiences
  • Manage ticket sales, box office operations, and front of house staff
  • Coordinate with the Director of Sales and Patron Services to plan and execute events
  • Participate in marketing strategies and provide input on ticket pricing and customer service initiatives
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems, point of sale systems, and payment terminals
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid SIRS certification (or willingness to obtain)
