Job Title: Human Resources Associate

Company: Global Business Leader

Hays Human Resources is partnering with our client, a global business leader, as they expand their Human Resources team by hiring an experienced Human Resources Associate.

The organization is a global business leader with over 50 years of experience in asset management.

They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Associate to join their team at the corporate head office.

Responsibilities:

  • Input payroll transactions into Workday
  • Provide guidance and support on HR administrative queries
  • Facilitate staff changes and prepare contract extension letters
  • Initiate claims and coordinate internship programs
  • Process invoices for the HR team
  • Handle other projects as needed

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel
  • Post-secondary education related to HR, including a CHRP
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Workday or similar software
  • Client-service oriented and comfortable supporting all levels of employees
  • Strong executive presence and polished presentation skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment

Compensation Package:

The Human Resources Associate will receive a competitive compensation package with base salary, bonus, vacation, benefits, and RRSP. This role offers growth opportunities within the company to advance to a Human Resources Manager position.
