About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at CIBC. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving business results by providing strategic HR advice and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Advice

Provide expert HR advice to our clients on matters such as performance management, compensation and recognition, talent management, and employee relations. Work closely with our HR teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Business Partnership

Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their business needs and priorities. Develop and implement HR initiatives that support our clients' business objectives and drive business results.

HR Program Management

Manage and coordinate HR programs and initiatives such as performance management, talent development, and compensation and recognition. Work closely with our HR teams to develop and implement HR programs that support our business objectives.

Requirements
  • Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar experience in a business or HR consulting environment.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.

Education

Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
