About the Role

COWS Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our operations and make data-driven decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Staff Supervision: Directly supervise 5-10 staff members, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and work in a physically demanding role.
