About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Assembly Supervisor to join our team at Maféli Inc. as a key member of our food preparation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize operations.
  • Team Management
    • Manage a team of 5-15 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the team.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English or French is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
