Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct a team of 5-10 food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control standards for food and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and performing physically demanding tasks. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week, with a seasonal work term.
