Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations

Behaviour Interactive is a leading developer of immersive experiences, and we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Influencer and PR efforts. As the Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations, you'll set the global direction for our influencer and PR teams, driving awareness, reach, and engagement for our original games.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute high-impact influencer campaigns, leveraging our content creator program to drive results.
- Foster strategic partnerships with agencies, press, and influencers worldwide to amplify our PR efforts.
- Advocate for influencer and PR initiatives, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicating their impact to partner teams and leadership.
- Manage influencer and PR budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
- Mentor and coach a team of influencer managers and PR managers, promoting growth, development, and data-driven approaches.
- 8+ years of experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, with a proven track record of launching games and driving GaaS campaigns.
- Knowledge of the current game community, influencers, and journalists is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of influencer and PR KPIs, with a history of driving positive ROI and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
- Experience managing influencer and PR teams, with a passion for team building and mentoring.
- Fluency in English; speaking French is a strong plus.
