Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations

Behaviour Interactive is a leading game development studio, and we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our influencer management and public relations efforts. As a Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations, you'll be responsible for setting the global direction for our influencer and PR initiatives, empowering your team to create high-quality campaigns, and fostering collaboration with partners and agencies worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute global influencer management and public relations strategies for our live games;
- Lead a team of influencer managers and PR managers, providing guidance and mentorship to drive success;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication;
- Manage influencer and PR budgets, tracking ROI and making data-driven decisions;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions;
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, journalists, and industry partners;
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to mitigate negative sentiment and press.
- 8+ years of experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, with a proven track record of launching games and driving successful GaaS campaigns;
- Strong network within the gaming community, influencers, and journalists;
- Deep understanding of influencer and PR KPIs, with a history of driving positive ROI and staying ahead of industry trends;
- Experience managing influencer and PR teams, with a passion for team building and mentoring;
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Fluency in English; French language skills a strong plus.
