**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly experienced Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations to lead our global influencer and PR efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for setting the direction for influencer management and public relations across our current and upcoming live games.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage and mentor a team of influencer managers and PR managers to ensure high-quality campaigns and exceptional results.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align influencer and PR initiatives with business objectives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the impact of influencer and PR efforts.
- Communicate player experience insights and address negative sentiment and press, including crisis management.
- Validate and manage influencer and PR budgets for all games.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, with a proven track record of successfully launching games and working on GaaS campaigns.
- Knowledge of the current game community, influencers, and journalists is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of influencer and PR KPIs, with a track record of driving positive ROI and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
- Experience managing influencer and PR teams, with a passion for team building and mentoring.
- Proven ability to collaborate with partner teams and drive results.
- Fluency in English; speaking French is a strong plus.
