As the Office Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily business activities. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Delegation and Supervision: Effectively delegate tasks to office support staff and provide guidance to ensure optimal performance. Oversee a team of 3-4 individuals.
  • Operational Efficiency: Establish clear work priorities, implement procedures to enhance efficiency, and monitor deadlines to guarantee timely completion of projects.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for essential office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment procurement, supply management, form distribution, asset disposal, parking arrangements, maintenance, and security services.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Assemble data, prepare comprehensive reports, manuals, and correspondence to effectively communicate information.
  • Administrative Support: Perform data entry tasks, oversee administrative procedures, and resolve conflict situations promptly and professionally.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage payroll administration and plan and control budgets and expenditures within designated limits.

The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
