The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating sales opportunities primarily through outbound communication methods such as calls and emails. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery calls to present the company's value proposition, ask relevant questions, and secure follow-up meetings with account executives.
  • Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and messages generated from diverse external sources.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target organizations, gather business requirements, and present tailored solutions using approved materials to initiate the sales process.
  • Schedule in-depth demonstrations for the sales team once a lead is qualified.
  • Develop and nurture new marketing leads by educating prospects until they are ready to engage.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and lead qualifications in the CRM system to ensure effective follow-through of the sales cycle.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree; required: high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role is essential.
