Marketing Director - Food and Beverage

At Accor Hotels, we're seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead our Food and Beverage marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences and trends
  • Analyze data to inform marketing proposals and meet commercial goals
  • Develop marketing calendars and execute initiatives with cross-functional teams
  • Enhance brand image through consistent online and offline presence
  • Manage marketing budgets to achieve desired results
  • Plan and execute F&B marketing campaigns with marketing teams and agencies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of F&B marketing experience
  • Excellent English language skills, with fluency in a second language a plus
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, trends, and digital marketing tools
  • Strong network with key industry brands and culinary players
