Job Title: Director of Marketing and PR

Accor Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing and PR to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our luxury branding and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance our brand image.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to enhance our market presence and revenue generation.
  3. Spearhead digital marketing initiatives across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and our website.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and capitalize on them.
  5. Liaise with regional and corporate offices to support company initiatives.
  6. Build and lead a marketing team that is proactive and innovative.
Requirements:
  1. University degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  2. Experience working with luxury brands in a similar or related role.
  3. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  4. Proven experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholders.
  5. Leadership experience with the ability to foster team engagement and drive results.
  6. Attention to detail and effective time management.
  7. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
