Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, with experience in developing multi-channel marketing plans, email, and paid search.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Set strategic marketing goals that align with the company's growth priorities and develop a cohesive marketing plan to meet those goals.
  • Lead Marketing Team: Provide visionary leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Drive Business Growth: Work closely with sales, business development, and operations teams to drive leads and deliver business unit growth objectives.
  • Manage Marketing Budget: Proven experience creating and managing budgets, with a strong understanding of digital platforms and marketing analytics.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Improve customer experience through each touchpoint in the customer journey, with a focus on increasing company and brand awareness.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and manage strategic B2B and B2B2C partnerships to increase our value and reach.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Marketing Experience: Ideally B2B based, with experience developing multi-channel marketing plans, email, and paid search.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Proven experience creating and managing budgets, with a strong understanding of digital platforms and marketing analytics.
  • Advanced Digital Skills: Proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, CRM platforms.
  • Intellectually Curious: Strong desire to solve complex problems, with exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
