Job Title: Director of Marketing

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts in Canada and the USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis efforts to identify opportunities and trends
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and content creation
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team
  • Manage the marketing budget and analyze performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Advanced experience with digital platforms, including WordPress, Google Analytics, and MS Office Suite
