Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans that drive revenue growth, enhance brand recognition, and increase market share.
  2. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our market presence and revenue generation.
  3. Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Conduct yearly and monthly forecasting of e-commerce digital strategies and KPIs, aligning strategies with market trends and business objectives.
  4. Spearhead Digital Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and our website.
  5. Build and Mentor a Marketing Team: Lead a marketing team that is proactive and innovative, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: University/College degree in a related discipline required or equivalent work experience.
  2. Luxury Brand Experience: Experience working with luxury brands in a similar or related role.
  3. Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication skills - written & verbal, proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel and any other appropriate programs.
  4. Leadership Experience: Proven experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholders.
  5. Problem-Solving and Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
