Job Title: Digital and Brand Marketing Director

Accor Hotels is seeking a highly skilled Digital and Brand Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our luxury branding and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance our market presence and revenue generation.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing decisions and drive business growth.
  3. Leverage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and website optimization, to engage with guests and drive revenue.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams to enhance our hotel's image and drive consumer awareness.
  5. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team that is proactive and innovative.
Requirements:
  1. University/College degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  2. Proven experience working with luxury brands in a similar or related role.
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and multiple stakeholders.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth through data-driven decision making.
