Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Bidding
    • Prepare detailed estimates for construction projects, including labour and material costs.
    • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of construction costs, materials, and labour requirements.
    • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate estimates and bids.
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
    • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other external partners.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Administrative and Reporting

Requirements
  • Education
    • Diploma or degree in a related field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in estimating, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
    • Proficiency in estimating software and other construction-related tools.
