We are seeking a skilled Technical Training Specialist to contribute to our team of experts at Cummins Inc.

This role involves delivering exceptional technical training on Cummins products and systems. The focus is on equipping distributor, dealer, and customer service personnel with the knowledge needed to enhance technician efficiency, repair quality, and overall customer satisfaction. Technical support will also be provided as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and address training requirements: Identify training needs and create customized plans that align with organizational goals.

Deliver superior technical support: Educate and support technicians and maintenance staff to improve their skills and operational effectiveness.

Update training materials and develop skills: Organize training sessions and refresh materials to ensure the team is knowledgeable about the latest technologies.

Evaluate and enhance training programs: Collect feedback from participants, assess outcomes, and refine programs for optimal effectiveness.

Engage in continuous improvement: Take part in initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and processes.

Maintain comprehensive records: Keep detailed documentation of training activities to measure their impact and anticipate future needs.

Tailor training initiatives: Modify programs to maximize engagement and learning outcomes for participants.

Qualifications:

Previous experience or knowledge in natural gas, electric vehicles, and marine engines is highly desirable for this position.

Compensation:

The salary range provided is an estimate based on applicable factors. The final compensation will be determined considering relevant qualifications and experience.
