Position Overview
We are seeking a Specialty Representative to enhance our commercial sales team.

The Specialty Representative will be responsible for developing comprehensive business strategies to implement brand initiatives and achieve sales targets while fostering strong customer relationships and prioritizing patient needs in compliance with AbbVie's ethical standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage total account responsibilities, including establishing and nurturing multi-level relationships with targeted Movement Disorder Centers to promote product education and maximize resource utilization.
- Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial objectives to meet or exceed business goals.
- Continuously enhance understanding of customer requirements, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and clinical expertise.

Share market intelligence with the district manager and team members to ensure alignment and adapt strategies to optimize brand execution.

Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition to healthcare providers and cultivate relationships with disease state experts and advocates to enhance brand performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge in Neuroscience is a significant advantage.
- Experience in healthcare or medical devices is beneficial.
- Preferred experience in physician/account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, or marketing.
- Proven sales success and strong presentation abilities.
- Recognized expertise in scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed, including overnight travel.
- Valid driver's license and passport required.
