College of the Rockies is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for individuals and groups, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our campus community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Invermere Campus Manager and other staff members
- Manage and coordinate various tasks and projects to ensure efficient campus operations
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Office Administration Certificate with a minimum of three to four years of related work experience or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Windows applications and strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment
