We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Assistant to support the operation of Invermere Mental Health Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a solid and experienced team in a wonderful working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of reception, administrative, and Health Unit Aide support duties
Data entry, including gathering, organizing, collecting, collating, and verifying information
Prepare presentations, arrange meetings, transcribe minutes, book travel, and manage records
Schedule and confirm client appointments, receive, record, and check balances of cash transactions
Maintain and clean medical/surgical supplies, equipment, and HCIS resource material
Requirements:
A current supervised 5-minute Typing Test 40 wpm or greater completed within the past 24 months from a recognized institution
A Medical Office Assistant Certificate
A current valid BC Driver's License
