About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Vlogic Soft Inc. as a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Leadership: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the organization's continued success.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure the organization's financial stability and success.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
