Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Mixology Expert to join our team at Marriott International. As a Hospitality Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing unparalleled guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative cocktail menus that showcase our hotel's unique character
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every interaction is warm, welcoming, and memorable
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create pairing menus that elevate the dining experience
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest mixology trends and techniques, incorporating new ideas into our menu offerings
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to Marriott International's high standards for quality and safety

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience as a bartender or mixologist in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines, with the ability to make recommendations to guests
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
