We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mixology Expert to join our team at Tableau Bar Bistro. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide fast, friendly, and professional service to restaurant guests, staff, and culinary production team.
  • Greet and welcome each guest seated in their assigned station.
  • Be familiar with all beverage items on the menu and execute drinks to the highest quality and service standards.
  • Sell on a consistent basis and create new opportunities to increase the cheque average.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down stations, clearing and re-stocking inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Ensure accurate cash and credit handling, as well as POS procedures.
  • Protect the restaurant and guests by complying with sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.

Requirements:

  • Valid BC Serving it Right Certification.
  • Prior experience in a cocktail-serving establishment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and employees.
  • Customer service focus and quality orientation.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • High energy level.
