Become a part of our dynamic team as a Technical Support Specialist

We are in search of an enthusiastic candidate to take on the position of technical support specialist within our Small Business Solutions division.

Work Environment: Options for remote work or from one of our office locations.

What We Provide:

  • A consistent day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, permanent position

Your Contributions:

  • Your expertise in troubleshooting application and technical challenges faced by clients to guarantee effective utilization of products such as Avantage, Acomba, Pronotaire, and/or Procardex;
  • Your ability to deliver information regarding the functionalities, usage, and operation of the products while fostering positive client relationships;
  • Your meticulous documentation of encountered issues and follow-ups with clients.

Qualifications:

  • A DEP, AEC, or DEC in accounting or a related discipline;
  • Experience in a user support capacity or any relevant experience related to accounting;
  • Bilingual proficiency (French-English);
  • Comfortable in a customer service environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Avantage and Acomba software.
