This position involves supporting level 1 technicians and engaging directly with clients to facilitate services and resolve complex level 2 issues. Key Responsibilities:

  • Address advanced technical inquiries and support level 1 technicians
  • Provide technical expertise and knowledge sharing within the technical services group
  • Utilize professional judgment to analyze issues and collaborate with various departments
  • Examine security incidents related to products and engage in security incident committees
  • Work alongside R&D teams to enhance solution deployment
  • Engage in complex projects that require analytical skills, independence, communication, and leadership
  • Assist in troubleshooting and product optimization
  • Contribute to product development initiatives
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary

Required Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases

  • Extensive knowledge of Linux, Containers, Docker, DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and redundancy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DEC/Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT, with level 2 or 3 expertise
  • Familiarity with the public sector, especially in municipal contexts
