Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at MYRA Systems Corp. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software. You will work closely with our customers and internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, provide training and guidance, and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software
  • Provide training and guidance to customers and internal teams on technical issues and best practices
  • Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
