PepsiCo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Operations Co-op program. As a co-op, you will be immersed in our sales operations, learning the business from two unique perspectives: Ground Up and Building Critical Business Skills.
Ground Up: You will learn what it takes to develop and sustain a growing CPG business and stretch your current skills by selling and marketing our products to a set group of retailers. You will gain critical sales experiences, including developing relationships across our Field Sales network, leveraging sales forecasting tools, and selling and servicing our customers in compliance with our Customer Development Agreements.
Building Critical Business Skills: As you progress through your term, you will work closely with our Sales leaders and be responsible for utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to execute a field sales project to help the team deliver results with our most important customers. Key aspects of this assignment can include POS optimization, Innovation Launch & Sustainment, and Customer Development Agreement optimization.
This co-op experience is a unique opportunity to apply and interview for our Sales Leadership Program, which means you could enter your final year of study with an offer in hand to launch your career with PepsiCo post-graduation.
Qualifications- You are available to work full time from September to December 2024.
- You are in your third year of study, Business Degree preferred.
- You have a valid, full driver's license, with a clean driving record and reliable daily access to a personal vehicle.
- You have high academic achievement along with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time.
- You are a skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges.
- You have strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization, from front-line to executive.
- You are a self-starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities, and manage work schedule.
