Reporting to the Provincial Manager of Mental Health and Addictions (MHA) Intake Services, the Assistant Manager is a key member of the Mental Health & Addictions Intake Leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing priorities of the portfolio by supporting the ongoing development and implementation of assigned MHA Intake program services and initiatives. This includes day-to-day operations, ensuring the effective and efficient use of human, fiscal, and material resources in the delivery of quality client-centered care.
About YouWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in mental health and addictions care delivery systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in health or a related field, be eligible for registration with a relevant health or professional discipline, and possess 3-5 years of recent and related progressive leadership experience. Experience in mental health and addictions is an asset.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of MHA Intake program services and initiatives
- Ensure effective and efficient use of human, fiscal, and material resources
- Collaborate with the Provincial Manager of Intake and the Provincial Clinical Practice Lead to implement initiatives to support standardization and advancement of person-centered services
- Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships and partnerships with stakeholders
This is a permanent full-time position with a 75-hour bi-weekly schedule. Travel may be required, and the successful candidate must have access to reliable transportation.
