About the Opportunity

The Assistant Manager is a key member of the Mental Health and Addictions Intake Leadership team, responsible for advancing priorities of the portfolio by supporting the ongoing development and implementation of assigned MHA Intake program services and initiatives. This role ensures the effective and efficient use of human, fiscal, and material resources in the delivery of quality client-centered care.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in mental health and addictions care delivery systems. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in health or a related field, be eligible for registration with a relevant health or professional discipline, and possess 3-5 years of recent and related progressive leadership experience. Strong human resource management, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of assigned MHA Intake program services and initiatives
  • Ensure the effective and efficient use of human, fiscal, and material resources in the delivery of quality client-centered care
  • Collaborate with the Provincial Manager of Intake and the Provincial Clinical Practice Lead to implement initiatives to support standardization and advancement of person-centered services
  • Develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships and partnerships with stakeholders
