Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager plays a key role in advancing the priorities of the Mental Health and Addictions Intake Services portfolio. Reporting to the Provincial Manager, this position is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of assigned MHA Intake program services and initiatives. The Assistant Manager works collaboratively with the Provincial Manager and Provincial Clinical Practice Lead to implement initiatives that support standardization and advancement of person-centered services within each of the Zones of Nova Scotia Health.
About YouWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in mental health and addictions care delivery systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in health or a related field, be eligible for registration with a relevant health or professional discipline, and possess 3-5 years of recent and related progressive leadership experience. Strong human resource management, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for this role.
Hours- Permanent Full Time position; 75 Hours Bi Weekly
- Travel may be required - must have access to reliable transportation
$38.78 - $51.53 Hourly
Successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package, which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
