The Real Estate Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of JOHNNY YUE PERSONAL REAL ESTATE CORPORATION. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various administrative tasks effectively.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and team members.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all documents.
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and reservations.
- Prepare and input correspondence and legal documents accurately.
- Review and proofread documents to ensure adherence to legal standards and grammatical accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Office Suite, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
- This is a permanent position.
- Working language is English.
- Expected working hours range from 30 to 40 hours per week.
