Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at JOHNNY YUE PERSONAL REAL ESTATE CORPORATION. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our real estate team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our team members.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and key in correspondence, legal documents, and other administrative materials.
  • File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Office Procedures: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and attention to detail.
