We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Ellen X. Guan Personal Real Estate Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as scheduling and confirming appointments. Additionally, they will answer telephone calls and relay messages, compile data and statistics, and order office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data and statistics
  • Order office supplies

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, and will be fluent in English. They will be required to work 30-40 hours per week, and will be a permanent employee of the company.
