About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Director to join our team at SIMPLEX HR INC. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development and Implementation

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Workforce Planning and Talent Management

Oversee the classification and rating of occupations, and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Recruitment and Selection

Design, develop, and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs, and lead the selection process to ensure the best fit for the organization.

Training and Development

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Employee Engagement and Communications

Develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees, promote company culture, and foster a positive work environment.

Senior Management Support

Provide strategic HR advice to senior management to inform business decisions and drive organizational success.

Collective Bargaining and Negotiations

Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of the company, ensuring fair and equitable terms for both employees and management.

Workplace Health and Safety

Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Project Management

Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
