Opportunity in the Infrastructure Division

We are on the lookout for skilled professionals to enhance our Infrastructure division, focusing on innovative projects within the transit and transportation domains, including roads, bridges, light rail transit systems, and airports. As a PLAA Coordinator at Graham, your role will be pivotal in securing the necessary permits and approvals for transit and rail construction initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging in the construction application approval process
  • Facilitating the timely processing of plans, permits, licenses, and agreements
  • Coordinating with various departments and agencies for essential reviews
  • Conducting research and applying for construction permits
  • Interacting with stakeholders and authorities throughout regulatory processes
  • Providing insights and recommendations for budget adjustments
  • And additional related tasks

Qualifications Required:

  • A university degree or completion of a technical training program
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite
