Key Responsibilities- Provide and coordinate nursing care with current standards of nursing practice and the Clinical Specialty of Critical Care & Emergency Care Nursing
- Manage all equipment appropriate for the provision of care for patients admitted to the critical care and acute care units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
- Minimum two (2) years medical/surgical experience and/or Post Diploma Certificate in Critical Care and/or Emergency Nursing and/or equivalent combination of experience and training
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
