Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Trial IWRS Monitor to enhance our team. This role can be performed remotely within Canada, offering flexibility to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.
  • Assist in addressing client inquiries and conducting thorough issue analysis.
  • Oversee data integrity and quality through diligent monitoring.
  • Facilitate changes in databases and applications as required.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and issues proactively.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes.
  • Support effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.
  • Lead various business development initiatives as needed.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior monitors to foster their professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in health sciences or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in clinical trial data management.
  • Proven experience in call center support and clinical research environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication capabilities.
  • Proficient with technology and dedicated to customer service excellence.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
