Senior Surface Land Administrator/Project Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Administrator/Project Coordinator to join our team at Scott Land Ltd. As a key member of our surface land team, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering surface land projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer surface land projects, including land acquisition, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and clients.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of surface land experience in Alberta, with a strong understanding of surface land procedures, relevant land legislation, and regulations.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with strong Excel skills and ability to integrate new software into daily workflows.
- Experience in a billable time environment, with a preference for land broker experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
