About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Surface Land Administrator/Project Manager to join our team at Scott Land Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading projects related to surface land administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead projects related to surface land administration, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimal project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in project coordination and leadership, preferably in a billable time environment.
  • Strong knowledge of surface land procedures, relevant land legislation, and regulations.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with a strong focus on Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
